How Willow works

Three parts, one simple job

Your plants don't speak - so we built a clever little ecosystem that does it for them.

What we measure

The four things that make or break a plant

Get any one of these wrong and your plant tells you - usually a few days too late. Willow tells you first.

01. Sensor

In your pot

Real-time alerts, expert tips, and everything you need to keep your plants thriving - all in the free Willow app.

Soil moisture

Never over or under water again.

%

Two probes read moisture every 15 minutes. Willow factors in species, soil type and the season, pings you when it's time to water and checks in after to see if you got it right.

Light

Find the right spot. No more guesswork.

LUX

Track ambient light throughout the day and get suggestions for better placement based on your plant’s needs.

Humidity

Say goodbye to crispy, droopy leaves.

%

Monitor humidity swings and get notified when conditions drift outside your plant’s comfort range.

Temperature

Comfy conditions, year-round.

°C / °F

Keep an eye on hot/cold spikes, and get recommendations to stabilize temperature around your plant.

02. Hub

In your home

Small but savvy. Plugs into a wall outlet and sends your plant's data to the app, anywhere, any time.

03. App - free to download

In your pocket

Alerts from your plants, plus expert tips and everything you need to take the guesswork out of plant care.
